(This workshop builds on the discoveries resulting from the Career Assessment Workshop and is also applicable to people wishing to define non-career related goals. This is a tactical process requiring a summary of the outcomes the participant is striving for in their work or personal life.)

Managing Multiple Commitments -
Getting it all done
$79 (3.5 hours) **

Are you running as fast as you can to keep up? Do you have too much to do and too little time? Trying to balance work commitments with having a life? Learn to take control over endlessly changing priorities and never-ending "to do" lists by identifying realistic objectives and building an action plan. Learn effective techniques to manage your time and commitments that will support your personal and career goals based on your commitments and daily schedule. This will include instruction on how to work within changing time lines on projects involving others. (Participants will need to bring their current goals and objectives, a calendar, and any "to do" lists. If you do not yet have clearly defined goals and objectives, then completing the Goal Setting Workshop prior to taking this workshop is strongly recommended to obtain maximum value.)

(Pre-requisite - Strategic Networking Basics) This workshop is a facilitated hands-on, interactive intensive dedicated to practicing the concepts learned in Strategic Networking Basics and to improve upon networking communications previously used. Participants will script and role-play approaches to new networking contacts, past colleagues, and key contacts at organizations of interest. (Participants are required to have completed the basic level workshop within the past 24 months to participate).
